Clinic Policies

Appointment Scheduled: It’s highly advisable to follow your appointment schedule as recommended by the aesthetician. Appointments delayed by your end would not bring in desired results.

Right to Refuse: Although a rare occurrence, PLC Laser Clinic holds the right to refuse service to clients if it is unsafe to do so. If a treatment is requested that is unsafe, we have the right to refuse treatment. Some conditions need to be assessed by a Dermatologist before our practitioner can treat and a medical clearance may be required.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. You have the flexibility to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment date and time.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the clients whos’ appointment precedes yours. Depending on time requirements for your service it may not be feasible, and you will need to reschedule.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: We strive to provide the best customer service and satisfaction with all treatments provided. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please bring it to the attention of the owner or Clinic’s reception immediately. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns immediately. We do not offer refunds for treatments or packages. We ask that you voice your concerns directly with us so we can remedy your concerns.

Prices Subject to Change: We are constantly updating and expanding our services and strive to keep our website and menu prices updated. Please be advised that prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Price Quoted: Any package or discounted price cannot be combined with any other promos or discounts.

Child Supervision Policy: It is preferred that you attend your appointment without guests. Children are welcome into our clinic, unfortunately our staff members are unable to supervise children during treatments for safety and insurance purposes. We kindly ask that you do not bring your children along to your appointment. Children will not be allowed into treatment rooms for health and safety reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Shaving Policy At PLC Laser Clinic we ask that our clients shave the areas being treated with laser 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. For facial areas please only shave the visible coloured hair. Please note if you fail to shave prior to your appointment, you may risk having your appointment rescheduled and will be considered a late rescheduling. All small areas needing to be shaved will be a $25 charge and large areas (i.e... full back, chest, full arms/legs) will be subject to a $50 fee (in the case that we have time to shave and provide you with your laser treatment)

Valuables: PLC Laser Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen items and recommends you leave your personal valuables at home.

Brazilian Policy: Brazilian hair removal not done on the scheduled day due to menstrual cycle has to be booked within one week after which it will be charged separately and will not be considered as part of the last treatment.
