Clinic Policies


FIRST VISIT – Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

CONSULTATION FEES - An initial consultation is free of charge to all new patients.

CANCELLATION POLICY - We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be texted or called before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 48 hours’ notice of reschedule or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.

PRICES & PROMOTIONS – We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS: All sales are final.

  • No refunds are issued after purchase.
  • Retail Sales are Final Sales due to health, hygiene and sanitary reasons; products cannot be returned.
  • Package Price sales are final sales they cannot be refunded or transferred

GIFT CARDS – Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at PLC Laser Clinic (some restrictions may apply). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS – Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest and should always be kept in your possession . PLC Laser Clinic is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

SCHEDULING – All following appointments will be pre booked at the end of a treatment session. If you cannot pre book directly after your appointment due to work commitments, rosters, etc, notify PLC Laser Clinic ASAP as to when you can attend your next appointment, as we cannot guarantee appointment availability if bookings are not made well in advance.

PROVIDER REQUESTS – We respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider, but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.

SAFETY -Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, Sun Exposure, disabilities or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum safety and benefit.

TEENS - Clients between 15 and 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

FULL DISCLOSURE – Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you.
